Nestled in the heart of Angus, 9 miles from Dundee City Centre just off the B978.
Douglaswood has been a place of outdoor learning and fun for generations, with a history deeply connected to Scouting traditions.
We offer everything you need to make your stay special, from tent pitches and woodland trails to activity areas and campfire circles.
If you are planning to stay for two days or more, please book an overnight stay.

Camping

The site can easily accommodate over 300 campers, depending on configuration with toilet, shower block and shared fridge and freezer
Please Note that if you book for 2 consecutive days, an overnight booking must be made.

Carolina Lodge

The Carolina Lodge is one of two lodges located on the site and can accommodate up to 31 people.
We have 4 smaller rooms (3 x 2 bunk beds & 1 x 7 beds) and one large room that sleeps 12 on six bunk beds.

5 bedrooms accommodating 34 in total with kitchen, dining room, large activities area

Log Cabin

Small lodge for max 6 adults only.
Consists of loft bed, kitchen with gas cooker, toilet, wood burning stove.
Bedding, towels etc are not provided - please supply your own (sleeping bag is needed)

Outdoor activity space can be booked for a day (9am – 4pm) or an evening (6pm – 9:30pm)
