Instructions

- Select the playing area which could be round your hut or a building or
make your own area (preferably with an exclusion zone in the middle,
corners to hide round etc)
- Choose 1 member of your section to be 'on' and give them a ball
(preferably sponge)
- The rest of the section runs around the playing area trying to avoid being
hit by the ball
- The person with the ball has to hit the other members of the section with
the ball (below the waist) to get them 'on' as well
- As more people get 'on' they join the team trying to hit the remaining
players
- The people who are 'on' aren’t allowed to run with the ball
- Keep playing until you have 1 or 2 remaining - they become the winners.
