Instructions

Make a batter from flour eggs and milk
Make jam sandwiches and cut into quarters
Dip jam sandwiches into batter
Heat oil in frying pan
Fry the jam sandwiches until golden brown
Remove onto kitchen paper or serviette
Dust with sugar
Eat with care, the jam may be hot
