Balloon, box other item , paper/magazines, pva Glue, paint brush

Instructions

1) Inflate balloon and tape to Paper up as a stand
2) Using the Glue and SMALL bits of new paper or magazine paint glue onto balloon stick on paper and then paint over to blend in
3) continue till object is covered
