Instructions

Provide the pack with some hay/straw, newspaper, lots of old clothes and some string. Challenge them to make themselves into the most convincing scarecrow in the given time. They will have to share the available resources so that everyone gets some materials. Put on a scarecrow fashion show and give the best scarecrow a carrot.
