glitter, pipe cleaners, black card squares, orange tissue paper / cotton wool balls, glue, scissors, googly eyes.

Instructions

Roll tissue into balls or use cotton wool balls (different colours) for body.
Stick onto a small square piece of card
Cut and stick on pipe cleaners for legs and decorate
