Pens, paper, previous code of conduct

Instructions

1. Split the group in to groups of 3-5 Explorers
2. In their group, read over the previous code of conduct and the units expected behaviour document and then allow them to come up with any additional rules they feel are need when reflecting back over the past 12 months at Explorers.
3. Discuss with the Explorers and other leaders as a whole group what rules should be on the code of conduct and what the consequence is for each behaviour.
4. Make sure that everyone understands each of the rules and how the consequence system works.

Leaders will make notes of any rules that need to be removed, amended or added, these changes will be complied with feedback from the other sub units.
