Go-Kart race downhill, time trials to get to qualify for races, quarter final, semi final and final

UK Cub version preparing for annual championship at Goodwood race track - is flatter figure of 8 course to teach steering. Team of 3 on a Box or Go Kart -2 cubs push and 1 steers. Run is 2 laps timed.

Resources

Either build and enter Go kart teams (1 x driver & 2 x pusher). Or review and update existing karts and agree teams.

If entering UK Cub championship, prepare 2 teams for 1 kart, max 6 cubs per cub section allowed to enter.

Instructions

two age groups, 10-12 / 13-14, hill with markers for pushing needs to be only first part of hill.

For UK cubs - 8-10.5yrs: create figure of 8 course to help teach the driver to steer and have 2 cubs pushing/running who need to work as a team on pace, speed and all 3 work on safe cornering around track. This prepares them for entering the annual soap UK box carting championship at Goodwood Race track! You may want to run your own Section championship. Or decide who goes to Supreme Championship event or first to sign up or appropriate method used for your section.
