Instructions

Explain to Cubs about codes and cyphers

Cut out two code wheels.
Write out message normally (7 words long)
Select key letter and line up small black arrow of internal wheel
Translate message into code
Insert key letter as start of the first word
Write names on the back
Throw messages into the middle
All take one and translate


Give all Cubs "Akela's Code" and let them race to decypher it and follow the instruction the message gives.
