Make Pita Bread


Resources

Per group of 3 or 4 scouts:
330g Flour (Whole Wheat has flavour and nutrition, white is easier to work with, 50/50 is a good balance).
150ml water
50ml Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt

Stove
Flat Frying Pan/Gridle/Tava
Flat surface (for flattening the dough on)
Plate or large bowl (for putting the cooked Pitas)
Tea-Towel (for wrapping the cooked pitas to keep them warm)

Instructions

Mix the Flour and Salt into a large bowl.
