Getting the Cubs to commit to doing a particular aspect of their chosen sport better over a two week period. Getting their coach to see what they committed to and signing off they achieved this step.
Attached Sheet, Used as part of other Fitness Challenge Activities
Discuss with the Cubs what sports they do and what they want to do their best at / improve. Get them to think about what they want to commit to and write it down.
Writing down your commitment is a great way to make it happen. Get the parents involved to get the challenge to their coach and back again.
