Discuss with the scouts which badges they wish to work towards this term. Talk through what they will need to do in order to complete the badge and set a time rough time scale they should aim for

Instructions

While large group/patrol games are running. Take each scout to one side-
1. Discuss any current badge being worked on
2. Discuss badges the scout would like to work towards
3. Look up the requirements for those badges
4. Discuss with the scout how and what they need to do to achieve this badge
5. A rough time scale to achieve badge (can be amended)
