One chess set per six

Instructions

In sixes, with a chess set and adult per six, discuss how each piece moves and the strengths and weaknesses of each. Set up some sample chess positions and discuss what to do. Two examples are given in the "Samplechesspositions.pdf" attachment. In both cases, white moves next and will shortly win (if done right!), but let them discuss how to do it.
