Instructions

Discuss food hygeine, explain method of creating burgers and safety aspects.Finely chop the onion and garlic, mix with the mince and egg, shape into a burger, place in prewarmed frying pan and cook through. Slice bun and salad, add burger and ketchup. Enjoy!
