Miniature flan cases, variety of colourful fruit, natural yogurt, hot chocolate powder/icing suger/lemon to decorate

Instructions

Explain food hygeine, saftey aspects and method of creating flan. Spoon yogurt into flan case, cut fruit into small pieces, arrange on/in yogurt, use toppings to decorate (use grater to zest the lemon). Eat!
