Simple energetic game, getting the young people to run from one end of the hall to the other using various methods
2/3 balls (if required)
Nominate one end of the hall as 'woods', and the other as 'burrows'. Have 2 or 3 cubs, or the leaders, on either side of the hall. On the command, the cubs must get to the 'woods' or 'burrows' as instructed, and the balls are thrown at their legs. If they are hit, they sit out. Balls arent always needed, you can just say the cubs that are last are out.
Ideas of actions:
Introduce 'freeze' or catch them out by telling them to run to the end they are already standing at.
