Keep a diary of food eaten over one day by drawing and labelling their meals. When completed discuss whether each meal was balanced & healthy or not, and why a balanced diet is important. Beavers could keep a list of healthy/unhealthy foods eaten over a day. Could cut out and stick pictures from magazines. Scouts could use to plan a menu, one page for each course
