Instructions

Ask each Cub to think about someone who has done their best, who they admire. They tell the rest of their six/pack about this person (could use props). This could lead to a discussion about the qualities of a hero, and acceptability of flaws etc. If done in sixes, then each six could briefly report back to the rest of the pack what they have concluded.
