Instructions
Outside option - Walk to a local body of water (stream, river, lake, or sea) and discuss the dangers, and what we would do if someone fell in.
Inside option - Make up a mock up pool using a beaver drowning and a ball, rope and shirt on the side and discuss what Beavers would do the help,
1.Shout for help
2.Ask if Beaver can stand up
3.Throw something out to help them float
4.Try and get Beaver to move towards the bank
5. Phone 999 for help
6. DO NOT JUMP IN AFTER THEM
Split Beavers into groups with a leader to identify Water Dangers
Go though the Booklet together for Beavers to take away and discuss with their Parents at home
