Here are some (other?) ideas for pancake related competitions:
* Most number of tosses in a minute
* Most number of rotations on a toss
* Toss the pancake from one person to another - most tosses
* Fastest person to eat a pancake with no hands
* Fastest person to eat a pancake while being fed by someone behind them (who stick their arms under the eater's arms - i.e. their arms become the eater's arms).
