brief: (APRIL 13)
the badge design should be recognisable as belonging to the Scouts
To reflect REMEMBERANCE of scouts who have DONE THEIR BEST, while serving in the armed forces or as a civilian
the design will become the identity of the project used for branding and to raise awareness on a County and National basis.
