Description

Some basic compass work that if done correctly will show a picture Taken from programs in a box)

Resources

Compasses, copies of printouts below, pencils, chalk (indoor) or Tent pegs and string (outdoor)

Instructions

Give each six/group a compass and a copy of the picture instructions. This can be done outdoors with pegs and string or indoors with chalk. If they follow the instructions correctly they should finish where they started and have a picture (boat, star). A leader with each group is very helpful.
The boat is easier and every group can do the same one!!
