Instructions

Explain that these signals are used to pass instructions to airplanes without radios by a marshal holding flags, lights, or boards like table tennis rackets. Give each child or group a copy of the marshal signals. Demonstrate and practice each signal. Then ask children to make up a short message to display to the group, or use the marshal messages sheet.
