Instructions

2 Benches (one either end of room) a line down the middle (no crossing the line) 2 teams 1 either side.

As in dodgeball, players to try and 'get' each member of the opposite team between the knee and foot. If a player gets 'got' they have to go and stand on the other team's bench until they can catch the ball thrown by a member of their own team - then they can rejoin their team.
