Making homemade burgers and grilling them
Mince, seasoning, burger baps, condiments, bowls, BBQ grill, cooking impliments
For four burgers
â€¢ 8oz minced beef
â€¢ 1 small egg
â€¢ 1 tbsp vegetable oil
â€¢ 1 tbsp of plain flour
â€¢ Seasoning â€“ choice of:
â€¢ Salt & pepper
â€¢ 4 burger baps
â€¢ Condiments - choice of:
1. Place the mince, egg, oil, flour and seasoning of choice into a mixing bowl and stir to combine. Using your hands, shape into four equal-sized burgers.
2. Preheat the grill to hot. Cook the burgers on the grill for 15 minutes, or until cooked through, turning once.
3. To serve arrange the burger in the burger bap and top with condiments of your choice.
