FOLLOW UP
After the meeting create an attractive poster with the rules and responsibilities, which is then displayed at each meeting. Refer back to the Colony/Pack/Troop Charter when need to remind the children of what is expected and their responsibilities: e.g. the cubs are talking during grand howl, leaders can remind pack that they need to be quite when leaders are talking, linking back to the charter.
