Pluck and remove the breast of a pheasant for backwoods cooking
pheasant, Knives, cutting board, rubbish bags (for the feathers), bacon rashers
pluck the feathers from the breast of a pheasant then carve the breast meat off the bird. Wrap the breast with a rasher and then foil to cook over a fire.
