Description

Watch the colours of pens disperse on blotting paper.

Resources

Colouring pens
Blotting paper
Water
Salt
Glass/beaker

Instructions

Cut paper so that it fits around the inside of glass
Draw 1cm circles of different colours along bottom of paper
Pour water in glass to 2cm deep
Stir in 1tsp of salt
Roll paper into a tube and put into glass with colours at bottom
Leave for 30mins
Watch what happens
