Each scout must find out one thing about each of the other troop members, including leaders and then present back to the troop
Paper and pen
Each scout must find out one thing about each of the other troop members, including leaders. They should write down the thing they have learned and be prepared to present this to the troop. Once everyone has gathered up all the 'factoids', the troop gets together and there is then an open forum where the scouts say what they've found out about each other and the leaders. Note that it is up to the scouts and leaders whether to just give out one fact to everyone, or to give different facts to different scouts. Obviously the more facts that are given out, the more the troop will learn about each other and the leaders.
