Resources
Mixing bowls, small pans, mixing spoons, baking trays, foil or baking parchment, Brownie Recipe Ingredients per group (100g plain flour, 200g plain chocolate, 200g butter or spread, 175g sugar, 3 eggs) Oven at 170 degrees.
Instructions
Melt together the chocolate, butter and sugar in a small pan on low heat or in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and beat them for a minute, once the chocolate mix is fully melted tip it into the eggs and mix it all up quickly so the eggs don't go lumpy. Once that is all mixed well add the flour and mix again. Pour the batter into a baking tin lined with foil or parchment (easier on the washing up) and pop the tra into the oven for 10-15 mins. The brownie is doen when the top has set but it is still soft to the touch, a skewer or knife piercing the brownie will come out almost clean.
