Relay Game where Beavers build the best Dam

Resources

Newspaper, sticky tape

Instructions

Roll up sheets of newspaper into tubes (approx 1" dia) and secure with a short piece of tape to make "sticks"
You need 40+ tubes!
Divide the Beavers into teams.
Place all the "sticks" in a pile.
Shout go, and the Beavers take it in turns to run and fetch a stick from the pile.
When all the sticks are gone, the Beavers have to assemble their sticks into a structure; give them a few minutes and then go and judge the best structure.
Examples could be: highest tower, longest line, smallest pile, draw an outline shape, etc.
