A "Top Trumps" card game and then matching pictures with labels.

Top trumps cards printed onto card or laminated. Identification pack.

Instructions

In small groups (eg sixes) let them play top trumps for a while- this'll familiarise them with the insects. Then see how many labels they can correctly place on the pictures.
