a 500ml clean plastic bottle, double cream, funnel,sharp knife and crackers

Instructions

Use the funnel to pour cream into the clean, dry bottle until halfway full. Shake the bottle hard and pass round to each beaver. Once the cream separates into a lump and liquid pour off the liquid. Shake for a further few minutes. Cut off the top off the bottle with the sharp knife. The hard substance should be butter. Spread some on the crackers and give each beaver a taste.
