Description

Drawing map signs from memory

Resources

Pencil and paper per patrol

Instructions

The names of 20 map symbols are listed on each patrol's sheet of paper. These are then tacked to one wall of the hall.

The patrols line up opposite their list in relay formation.

On the signal to start, the first Scout runs up with the pencil, to draw a map sign next to its name. He runs back and touches off the next player who runs up and so on until all the signs are drawn in.

The patrols score 2 points for each correct sign plus 10 for the first patrol to finish.
