Resources

Magazines/flyers with pictures of food
Paper cut into circles (i.e. plates) - or buy paper plates
Scissors
Glue

Instructions

Talk about healthy and unhealthy meals/snacks
The Beavers divide into groups and look through magazines to choose pictures of food that they can make into a healthy meal
Cut out the pictures and stick onto the paper plates
Talk about what they've chosen and why
