Canes, sisal, string, torch fluid, foil

Instructions

wrap the foil round the top of the cane to protect it.
wind the sisal round the top of the cane, make sure it has good thickness
Tie it on to ensure it doesn't slip.
Soak the sisal in the torch fluid, ensure it doesn't leak down the cane.
Light the sisal
