Instructions
split into 1 groups,
1 groups will make smoothies using fruit juice and a variety of fruit (bananas, strawberries,tinned peaches) mixing a small portion in a jug with a blender and then poured into a cup until everyone has made their own.
Kids can then discuss what they think are the best combinations for the fruit salad and the smoothie
