Gives Scouts the opportunity to prepare and serve a meal, which is judged by Leaders 'MasterChef' style

Resources

Cooking equipment per patrol (stove, frying pan, saucepan, knife, chopping board, large bowl, cutlery, whisk, spare plates, washing up kit etc.)
Ingredients (adapt per menu/recipe chosen)
Prizes for the winning team (wooden spoons dressed with ribbons is cheap and easy to do)
Recipes/Instructions
First Aid Kit

Instructions

Set up 2 tables per Patrol with basic cooking equipment
Set out ingredients on a separate table (for them to collect as needed)
Give a basic safety talk (with appropriate Risk Assessment)
*Optional: Leaders dress up as John, Greg and other celebrity chefs
Follow instructions as per file attached
