Instructions

We will be staying at South Downs Youth Hostel Itford Farm, Beddingham, Lewes,East Sussex, BN8 6JS YHA South Downs Phone: 0845 371 9574 which is a newly opened YHA in very close proximity to the South Downs Way. We hope to go on a 10 mile hike and to visit a local activity centre or museum depending on the weather.

We will be travelling up by minibus and leader’s car and if we do not have enough room your child may travel by train with other scouts and a leader. We will leave from the Scout Hut Gordon Road promptly at 17.15 pm on Friday 6th March in order to get to the Youth hostel by 9.00 pm. Scouts will need to arrive at the Scout hall by 17.00pm.

On Sunday we will leave at approximately 3.00 pm. We hope to be back at the Scout Hut at approx 6.00pm.
