1. Raise eyebrows towards the ceiling and hold for five seconds

 2. Close their eyes and pull back their lips in a closed smile

 3. Open eyes and mouth for five seconds

 4. Stretch out arms

 5. Stretch out hands

 6. Stretch out fingers

 7. Stretch out legs

 8. Stretch out feet and toes

 9. Stretch shoulders towards ears, twist torso to left and then twist to right

 10. Relax all muscles
