2. Close their eyes and pull back their lips in a closed smile
3. Open eyes and mouth for five seconds
4. Stretch out arms
5. Stretch out hands
6. Stretch out fingers
7. Stretch out legs
8. Stretch out feet and toes
9. Stretch shoulders towards ears, twist torso to left and then twist to right
10. Relax all muscles
