Description

Beavers will be melting chocolates and drizzling them with white chocolate

Resources

Milk chocolate
White Chocolate
Piping bags
Scissors
Silicone moulds
Microwave
Mixing bowl / Jug
Tea Towels
Silicone Scraper
Large glass for filling piping bags
Pre made chocolates as i dont have enough moulds to do them all there and then!

Instructions

Beavers to wash hands
Aprons on
Break up chocolate into bowl
Melt in microwave as no access to hob (stir frequently)
When melted, pour into moulds
Put mould in freezer to set quickly

Melt white choclate using method above
Pour into piping bag
Drizzle onto set chocolates (or into moulds before adding milk chocolate)
Freeze to set quickly
