Instructions

A week or two after explaining the fire drill procedure for your scout base, execute a surprise fire drill to see how the sedtion reacts and how well they remember the procedure.
The surprise element is that you pre-arrange for one of your trustworthy youth members to stay behind in the building. See if anyone notices they are missing at roll-call.
