Instructions

Set a route, Scouts then hike the route and some where along the route they run into an "Incident" that has been staged by the leaders, 1st aid ones usually work the best, but can be anything you like. This activity does assume that the Scout can follow a set of map instructions!!
This can also be combined with Halloween for some great effects!
You can also use the YL's or Explorers as leaders of casulties.
If you want to make it more of a challenge run it at night, and make the route longer for the Explorers.
Try to avoid roads where possible and make max use of the footpaths and spooky places!
