Teaching the points of the compass in a really easy, running game

Large Hall or outdoor space and Leaders ;)

Instructions

Time permitting we will run an individual based game to help reinforce Cubs awareness of the Compass direction and locations of key items relative to their position at the hut. Either indoors or outdoors we will make it clear the Cubs their current position and the direction of due north only. We will then ask the Cubs starting from the middle of the chosen area. To go to the boundary of the area in where the item held up by the leader would be located. For example if the Leader held up London, they would head north.
