Instructions

Split group into 2. One half do cycle skills, using weaving course and limbo bar. Build confidence of those not yet balancing with balance bikes/remove pedals. Other half do 'find the puncture' using a leaky inner tube and pump, helmet fitting and 'why use Hi Viz?' experiment by taking photos in dark room with and without hi viz kit on. Follow this up with a cycle ride during another meeting.
