Instructions
Introduction
Alike and unique, we all have a thumb print yet each is individual and unique to ourselves. Create a visual representation of the Brownies uniqueness and shared human feature from a visual point for the group
Instructions
1.) Get the Brownies to take a thumb print, marking some white card.
2.) They can use the magnifying glass to be little detectives examining the differences between their thumb print and their friends
3.) Once that is done the brownies can draw little animals onto the thumbprints to make cards or gift tags etc. for parents (see overleaf)
Debrief
Point out that everyone has patterns on the skin of their fingers and that each person’s fingerprint is different from anyone else’s
