Instructions

(1) In circle time go around the beavers and get them to list a healthy food beginning with A, then the next one to list an unhealthy food beginning with A, then with B, and so un until they have all had a go.

(2) Later on we also played fruit salad game where they are each given a name of fruit/unhealthy food. The leader calls out a fruit/food and the children have to swap with someone else. When fruit salad is called - chaos ensues with everyone standing up and changing!
