Outline how to cope with choking, cuts and grazes and nosebleeds (First Aid - Casualty Game)

Resources

First Aid equipment e.g. plasters wipes, bandages.
A card for each Guide with an injury e.g. cut finger, grazed knee, nose bleed, burnt hand.

Instructions

1. One Guide from each Patrol is it and these girls chase the other around the hall.
2. When it catches a Guide she brings her to the casualty department, set up in one corner with First Aid equipment and proceeds to treat the injury.
3. If her treatment satisfies the Leader they both re-join the game with the patient taking over as chaser.
4. If the leader does not approve the chaser is detained in casualty until she learns the correct treatment.
