Activity to plan for dealing with a problem child (Problem Child Activity)

Instructions

One Guide in each Patrol leaves the room while the remainder of the Patrol thinks of some kind of problem, e.g.
a) you are babysitting for your little brother and you cant find him anywhere,
b) you are looking after your neighbours child and he complains of a pain in his tummy……

The Guide returns to the Patrol and tries to discover what the problem is by asking each in turn “What would you do?”

The rest of the Patrol must give her suitable answers but at the same time avoid giving the problem away.
When the problem is solved another Guide goes out and another problem is chosen.
