Instructions

Aim: This activity will allow the Guides to make a poster about themselves which will help Leaders get to know their Guides a little bit better.

Give Guides whatever materials you have available to make and decorate their posters. If wished, Guides could be asked to bring photographs etc. from home. Afterwards have a ‘sharing’ session when the Guides get to tell everyone about their poster. In particular try to get the Guides to think of things that the other Guides might not know about them.

An optional addition to this activity is on next page. You can use the questions to spark discussion with the Guides or give each Guide a copy to complete
